No minimum stay is required except during special events and holiday weekends, (eg. Pennsylvania 500 Race).
Discount of 10% is available on 4 night stay or longer except during special event and holiday weekends.
County occupancy tax (3%) and state sales tax (6%) are extra.

In order to make a reservation, a valid credit card number is required. A charge equal to one night’s room
and tax will be charged as a deposit. Confirmation will be sent by mail or email. The Merry Inn accepts cash,
checks, gift certificates, travelers checks, visa and master card.

In the event that the reservation must be cancelled, your deposit will be returned less a $35 service fee plus a 5% credit card processing fee provided the following conditions are met:
Cancellation is received two weeks before your reservation date.
Cancellation for holiday and special events, 30 days before your reservation date.
If the above requirements are not met, the deposit will be forfeited.

Failure to stay for the entire amount of time reserved will be considered a cancellation and full rates will apply. No show or same day cancellation will be charged the full amount of the reservation period.

Check-in time: 3:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. Please notify us in advance if your arrival will be late.
Check-out time: 11:00 a.m. or earlier.
